Talent - extensive contract experience across all media including intellectual
property rights such as copyright and trade marks, sampling, passing off,
sponsorship and product endorsement, management, merchandising and licensing,
privacy and breach of confidence cases, defamation and the sale of “kiss
& tell” stories to the papers. Clients include
sports persons, footballers, musicians, managers, agents, promoters, writers,
chefs, photographers,
celebrities, model agencies etc. ·
Personal – divorce, child custody, the negotiation of executive
employment contracts, litigation over dismissals,
redundancy and discrimination, defending allegations of assault, motoring and
drug offences, stalking and harassment. |

Drafting
a £4M sponsorship agreement on just two A4 pages and getting it signed by
both parties within 24 hours of the main terms being agreed. ·
Being
appointed by the FA Premier League to be one of their representatives on the
Football Association’s committee set up to make recommendations as to the
future regulation of the top European football clubs. ·
Digging
deep enough into a box of papers from the ·
Acting
for an employee who suffered abuse and bullying at the hands of their boss
and within two weeks negotiating a payment into the client’s bank account of
